4. Equipment composition and characteristics
XRF high frequency fusion machine is composed of heating system, control system, mechanical system and water cooling system.
The heating system uses the high frequency power supply made by our company to form eddy current on the platinum crucible, so that the platinum crucible induction heating;
The control system adopts touch screen display and input data, programmable logic controller (PLC) control, can store at least 10 kinds of samples, users only need to set according to the sample melting requirements: current and time (oxidation - temperature - constant temperature - rotation - molding) a few steps, and then gently press the start (screen built-in key) to complete a sample preparation process. If the X fluoroscope makes a curve according to this program, the curve program can be stored for calling.
The mechanical system adopts the self-developed "centrifugal variable speed mixing plus positive and negative rotation system" -- Patent No. : ZL 2010 2 0155249.7, to achieve constant changes in the mixing process, so that the sample and flux are fully mixed.
The water cooling system is composed of water pump, water tank and exhaust fan. The inlet temperature range of the cooling water system is 5-45ºC. Inlet pressure range: 0.1M Pa -- 0.3MPa, through circulating water cooling, to ensure that the electrical components in the equipment work normally;
Equipment characteristics
1) Easy to use: start up without preheating or heat preservation, 30 seconds from room temperature to more than 1000ºC, especially suitable for intermittent sample preparation.
2) Rapid sample preparation: Rapid sample preparation can be realized with fast heating speed. A batch of samples can be made in about 10 minutes, and continuous work can be done for 24 hours.
3) Safety and environmental protection: built-in exhaust fan to eliminate waste gas, no large area of thermal radiation is beneficial to the health of the operator.
4) Casting molding: reduce the crucible maintenance rate.
5) Low follow-up cost: no expensive consumables, no need to replace heating elements and refractory materials regularly.
6) Good energy saving effect: only heating crucible and mold.
7) Less platinum and gold consumption: with a small number of crucible and mold can achieve the same output of other heating equipment.
